Resorts World Arena, Birmingham, B40 1NT

If you are attending:

Arena Bowl opens at 6pm and you are advised to arrive around this time.

Food, refreshments and drinks:

Please send a packed lunch, packed tea, snacks and drinks with your child.

Travelling by bus:

The bus will be leaving school at 10.00am.  If you have booked a seat on the bus, we can confirm that we can take you and please arrive at school 10 minutes before.  You will have to entertain yourselves around the Resorts World Arena until 6.00 pm as we are unable to allow you to be with the children due to them rehearsing for the evening performance. 

Making your own way there:

Please check venue website re parking arrangements.

Collecting your child after the event:

ALL children will return to school on the bus and will need collecting from school.  Due to safeguarding and the size of the venue, no children will be handed to families at the Arena.  It is hoped that the bus will be back at Dunalley at 10.00pm.  A text message will be sent when the bus leaves Birmingham to inform familes if this is going to be different, please be prompt.

Tickets:

Tickets are now ready for collection from the School Office.

T-shirts:

We are still waiting to t-shirts to be delivered.  Please send your child in wearing their t-shirt on the day, if you have purchased one.

CD

There will be a CD to purchase after the event.
