Due to recent guidance from The UK Food Standards Agency we have asked our caterers AiP to remove pasta from our menu until further information is provided.
This has been implemented due to batches of mustard powder and flour imported to the UK from India were found to contain undeclared peanut protection. As a NUT FREE school we are taking every precaution to stay safe.
There will be a change to the menu, with either Jacket potatoes or noodles being served in place of pasta.
Thank you for your understanding.
Collection from After School Clubs
Please collect your child on time. All staff volunteer their time for free to run a club and prompt collection is appreciated and required. Staff often need to leave promptly to care for their own families.
Years 3, 4, 5, & 6 - School uniform is to be worn every day except on PE days. Only on PE days should pupils arrive wearing their PE kit. School uniform details can be found here: https://dunalley.gloucs.sch.uk/school-uniform

The contract with our current caterers AiP comes to an end this December; AiP has been provided school meals at Dunalley Primary School since 2009.
Over the last few weeks companies were invited to tender for the contract. We were really pleased to have had so much interest and after much deliberation have awarded the contract to DOLCE Ltd. The children were involved in the decision by scrutinising the various menus on offer, Dolce was a firm favourite.
Over the next few weeks we will be working closely with Dolce Ltd to ensure a smooth handover and will keep families informed with any relevant information.

Our new equipment - Nursery Field
We are excited to reveal our new climbing equipment on the nursery field, for use of our EYFS children.
We would ask that families do not allow their children onto this equipment during drop off and pick up times, this is for supervised use only.
You are able to access your child's attendance record on Edulink One at any time.
Log into your child's record and click ATTENDANCE.
You can then see their attendance broken down by day, month and year.
Arriving at school on time is vital. Arriving late to school disrupts the child, their peers and teacher. Punctuality is also essential at the end of the school day and the late collection of children is taken seriously.
Our start and finish times are as follows. We expect children to be in school all day, every day:
- Children in reception, year 1 and year 2 will start school at 8.40am and finish at 3.10pm
- Children in years 3, 4, 5 and 6 will start school at 8.45am and finish at 3.15pm
Children arriving at school after 8.50am, via the school office, will be registered as Absent due to Lateness, as we expect children in class ready to learn at this time.
Final Parental & Pupil Data Check
We believe we have added, changed and updated all of our pupil information.
If you do not receive emails from us or have not received login details for Edulink One, please email [email protected] with your name, child's name and personal email address.
Please log onto Edulink One and check your and your child(ren)s data held by school.
It is essential that all contact numbers, addresses and pupil information, including contacts and consents are correct. If it is correct you do not have to do anything, just update us if anything changes.
To check:
1. log onto Edulink One - we recommend downloading the app and saving it to your phones homescreen, to ensure you see notifications.
2. click UPDATE INFORMATION.
3. initially you are taken to your own personal data, please check and update as required.
4. then, click on the two arrows next to your name and then click on each child's name to access their profile, again checking and updating as required.
