It was so lovely for the children to enjoy a Christmas lunch this week.

Thank you to some of our year 6 children who chose to help the reception children and for the lunch time team and catering staff for creating a wonderful, festive atmosphere in the dining hall.

Please take a look at the information below regarding works to the Wellington Road junction. From January 6th, cones will be placed along the kerb line and no parking signs will be erected on Wellington Road.

Later that week, the north east corner near the park will close, with the foot way diverted through the park.

Congratulations once again to Eve Y4MP who won 2nd prize with her entry in the Christmas Card competition run by The Montel Group. Eve's design has now been made into Christmas Cards! Eve was presented with her £30 gift card prize by Suzannah from The Montel Group.

SchoolGrid Account
You will now have recieved an email from SchoolGrid, software providers for Dolce ltd.
By accessing SchoolGrid online you will be able to pre order meals, view recipes, allergens, ingredients and make payments.

If you are finding difficulties ticking the allergen information you need, please contact Customer Care who will happily make arrangements to accommodate your child’s individual needs.
Payments
The cost of a school dinner will stay at £2.58 per day (£12.90 per week). All accounts should be kept in credit. You can top your account up by:

Online Card Payment - A card payment can be made online through your SchoolGrid account, please log on and select [Account] - [Pay by card] where on screen prompts will assist in taking payment.
Telephone Card Payment - The Customer Care team is available 8.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday to take a card payment for your account on 01942 707709. The minimum payment amount we can accept over the phone is £10.

All parents registerd as the 1st contact for a pupil received log in details from SchoolGrid last week.  You can request a password reset from this email if you have missed the 24 hour window to use the link.

Please make sure you have logged in before the 6th January and don't forget that you can order your child's meals in advance if you wish but this is not compulsary.

This week we have said goodbye to Miss Taylor from the Year 4 teaching team as she has secured a teaching post at another school. We wish her the very best.

Other news:
There will be a slight change to the teaching teams in Reception and year 1 from January. Mrs Van der Velde will be joining the teaching team in RR, and Mrs Garrett will be moving to Y1F.
