They tool part in a variety of Track, Field and Obstacle events against 6 other schools from the area with great success.  Due to other schools not arriving, the tournament was delayed by thirty minutes, which meant we were all rushed through each stage at high speed: it wasn't just the children running, but very much the teachers as well!  Despite not having much time to take a breath between events, each athlete listened intently to instructions, watched carefully the demonstrations and performed to their very best in every discipline. 

We came fifth out of seven schools, but this did not dampen our enthusiasm or attitude going forward and a luxury coach-ride home was no more than they deserved.  Congratulations to all of our athletes!
